Simple and Scrumptious Fall Apple Butter Recipe
A slow cooker full of apples (any type is fine)
2-3 tsp ground cinnamon
Wash apples, cut into quarters. Leave the peel on for amplified nutrition.
Fill up the slow cooker with apples and turn heat to high.
Cook for 4 hours, stir 1-2 times mid cook.
Wait for apples to cool, then blend them all into a puree.
Place mixture back into the slow cooker and add cinnamon.
Cook on high for approximately 1 additional hour.
