Green Foods

Mother nature has color-coded everything for us - even our foods!
She's giving us little hints along the way -"Pssst, eat this!"

 Green foods support the 4th chakra/energy center AND are:

  • Heart and blood vessel supportive

  • Nutrition dense

  • High in antioxidants

  • Supportive to the hormone oxytocin - this hormone is all about love and connection 

 

  • Foods:

    • veggies: brussel sprouts, snow peas, artichoke, broccoli, bok coy, okra, celery, zuchchini, peas, lima beans, cucumber, dill pickles, olives, sprouts, green onions, chives, asparagus, green beans

    • leafy greens: kale, spinach, chard, arugula, collard greens, cabbage

    • fruits: granny smith apples, avocados, green grapes, honeydew melon, qiwi, pears

    • spicesparsley, basil, rosemary, thyme, mint, cilantro, oregano, dill, fennel

    • green tea
